Time
Tracks itself. One button starts a timer on any device; on your computer, Saxi witnesses which program is in front and files the hours by project.
Never the screen. Never what you type.
Ramble about your day. Saxi ticks off what's done, moves what slipped and files your notes. Nothing to organize.
You know the cycle. A new app, a weekend setting it up, two good weeks. Then one busy day turns the list red, and you stop opening it.
It isn't you. Those apps were built for brains that enjoy maintaining systems.
One minute of talking replaces the whole system.
Each sentence became a card. Nothing changes until you tap Apply.Saved. Maya's tasks, notes and timeline are up to date.
Tasks, notes, time and answers. Every part hears the same mic, so one minute of talking keeps all of it current.
Tracks itself. One button starts a timer on any device; on your computer, Saxi witnesses which program is in front and files the hours by project.
Never the screen. Never what you type.
Today, Upcoming, Anytime. Pick today's 3. When a task's day passes, nothing turns red: it needs a decision.
Do today, Move, Break down or Drop.
Write or talk, no folders. Saxi titles each note, files it in a topic, links related ones and keeps a summary.
Exports as Markdown, ready for Obsidian.
“What did I promise Priya?” Ask out loud, and Saxi answers from your own tasks, notes and time.
The same mic answers and files.
Your week in 60 seconds. Every Sunday: what you finished, what slipped, and three picks for Monday.
Nudges, never nagging. A short morning brief, and one evening question on days you haven't talked to Saxi.
From Sakshi (साक्षी), Sanskrit for the witness: the part of you that watches without judging.
Most apps judge you: red badges, broken streaks, overdue lists. Saxi keeps an honest record of what you did, what slipped and what's next, and it never keeps score.
This page has been doing the same. The folio in the marginbehind the button at the top left has kept a record of what you did here. No score, only the record, and it never leaves this tab.
“I've struggled with organization my whole life. I quit Workflowy. Then Obsidian, after seven months. They weren't bad apps; organizing them became a second job. So I built the one I needed: a minute of talking at night, and it keeps everything else.”

No. Saxi is built for ADHD brains, and anyone who thinks faster than they type and hates organizing will feel at home.
No. Type anywhere you can talk. Many people talk while walking or making tea, and type in meetings.
Nothing turns red, and there's no backlog to clear. Tell Saxi the three biggest things since you were last here and carry on.
Never. Saxi proposes changes as cards; nothing happens until you tap Apply. Unsure items start unticked, and notes keep their earlier versions.
On your computer: the name of the program in front and its window title, every few seconds. Never the screen, never what you type, no names from private windows. You can pause it for an hour or turn it off from the app. It doesn't track your phone. It starts on Windows; Mac is coming.
Debrief audio is stored privately in your account so you can retry or replay it. Voice-note audio is deleted once it's transcribed. Transcription runs on Google's Gemini on a paid plan whose terms keep your words out of model training.
Capture does. Record or write in airplane mode; Saxi sends it when you're back online.
Yes. Notes export as Markdown files, one topic or all of them, ready for Obsidian.
No. Saxi supports your day; it doesn't treat any condition. If ADHD is affecting your life, talk to a clinician.
